There may be no better way to communicate what we do than through images.

For the first 5 days -a avoid water on your tattoo.
Dry Healing brings out the best results. If advised by the tattooist, put aftercare ointments provided 1-2 times a day or just when needed. (Keep in mind, other tattooist may have different ways of instructing on aftercare. We believe in dry healing if told otherwise)
AVOID for 2 weeks: NO soap, cleansers, swimming, sun, saunas, makeup and excessive and 7 x days sweating with exercise
No scratching or picking, just tap the area if itchy, as you don’t want to scratch pigment away.
No facials, Botox, chemical treatments, or microdermabrasion for 4 weeks
You cannot donate blood for 6 months following any cosmetic tattoo procedure.
Change your pillowcase to avoid any contact with dust or bacteria.
LONG TERM
Apply sunblock daily. Exposure to the sun over time can cause fading and colour change.
Avoid Glycolic Acid or peels if you want to keep your tattoo. Anything with active ingredients will lighten the colour with continuous use.
Check moisturisers and cleansers as they can also fade tattoo colour if they contain vitamins or AHA’s.
Nano Machine Hairstrokes and Microblading are both techniques used in cosmetic tattooing to create realistic hair-like strokes for eyebrows. The primary differences lie in the tools and methods used:
Tool Used:
Nano Machine Hairstrokes: Utilizes a single nanoneedle in a machine to create precise individual hair strokes.
Microblading: Involves a manual hand tool with a blade made up of multiple microneedles to create strokes.
Suitability for Skin Types:
Nano Machine Hairstrokes: Tends to be more suitable for oily skin types due to its precision and ability to control pigment depth.
Microblading: Might not be as effective on oily skin as there could be challenges in controlling pigment depth.
Accuracy and Control:
Nano Machine Hairstrokes: Offers more accuracy and control over the depth of the pigment, reducing the risk of it being implanted too deeply.
Microblading: Relies on the artist’s manual skill, which might lead to variations in stroke depth.
Additional Techniques:
Nano Machine Hairstrokes: Can include Nanoshading, adding a subtle shading effect to the strokes.
Microblading: Focuses primarily on creating hairstrokes without incorporating shading techniques.
Ultimately, both techniques aim to achieve natural-looking eyebrow enhancements. Choosing between Nano Machine Hairstrokes and Microblading may depend on factors such as skin type, desired results, and the expertise of the artist. Researching and consulting with a professional can help determine the best option for achieving your desired eyebrow appearance.
Cosmetic tattooing, including procedures like microblading or permanent makeup, typically lasts between 1 to 5 years, depending on various factors:
Area Treated: Different areas of the body might retain pigment differently. Facial areas, like eyebrows or lips, might fade quicker due to exposure to the elements.
Client’s Age and Skin Condition: Younger skin might retain pigment better than older skin. Skin conditions or treatments can also affect the retention of pigment.
Lifestyle Choices: Sun exposure, skincare routines, and certain habits can impact how quickly the tattoo fades. Regular sun exposure without protection, for example, can expedite fading.
Pigment Used: Quality of the pigment and its compatibility with the skin can affect the longevity of the tattoo. (WHICH WE DO)!
Touch-up procedures are commonly recommended to maintain the vibrancy of the tattoo. For eyebrow microblading or similar procedures, touch-ups may be needed every 1-3 years to refresh the color and strokes. For cosmetic tattoos on other areas, touch-ups might be required every 3-5 years.
It’s essential to follow aftercare instructions provided by the artist and protect the tattooed area from excessive sun exposure to extend the lifespan of cosmetic tattoos. Consulting with a professional artist can also provide personalized information about the expected longevity of a specific procedure.
The sensation will vary according to each individual. Most people experience very little or no pain whatsoever. Topical anesthetic is applied for all procedures and liquid anesthetic is run through the tattooing device during the procedure. Panadol can be taken 45 min prior to the procedure to minimize sensitivity. Some clients are so relaxed, they even fall asleep during the procedure. Note: If you have your menstruation cycle, sick, extremely run down or hangover, there may be slight discomfort with the procedure.
After the procedure, your tattoo may not appear perfectly symmetrical due to slight swelling. However, there is no need to worry as this will subside once the swelling goes down. Initially, the colors may appear darker, brighter, and more defined. Don’t be alarmed if the colors lighten and soften in 5 -7 days. Please be patient and avoid judging the true color until week 4. Remember, the color may vary during the healing process, and it’s normal to lose up to 50% of the color in the first session. Rest assured, we have a perfecting session to address any concerns.
Both of these procedures involve tattooing the skin. The difference is the machine used, the depth of implantation and the pigments used.
In traditional tattooing, a pigment is added to the third layer of the skin, the subcutaneous. Where in permanent makeup the pigment is added to the second layer of the skin called the Dermis, creating a final result of a soft blend of colour to the tattooed area.
Body tattooist also use a coil machine which is more powerful and not gently for the face.
If you have ever been allergic to nickel, hair dyes, or latex it is best to have a test patch done in order to determine whether you could suffer from allergic reaction to the pigment.
